  Our Cottages and Kitchen Suites are warm and spacious and are available for long term rentals September/October through May/early June.
  Parking is available. Charges may apply for extra parking spots.
  We are dog friendly, however we have a limited number of dog friendly units, there are restrictions and a pet surcharge will apply.
  There is no housekeeping services for our long term tenants, and tenants are expected to provide their own towels and bedding.

  We have laundry facilities on site.
    First and Last months rental is required.
  We take care of snow plowing.
    We are close to the town of Alberton where you can dine and shop. Also, within minutes of Briarwood for you to enjoy are Golf Courses, Restaurants, Museums, Entertainment, Confederation Trail, the Alberton Library and the Jacques Cartier Provincial Park.
